Summary: Before Michael Dougherty took to the holiday spirit and brought about perhaps one of the scariest versions of the classic Christmas demon ever, there was at least one that tried their hand at it, no doubt rallied by the news. But of course, only so much can be done with a miniscule budget. Can't say they didn't try, at least.

History: Santa Claus has a brother. Namely, the monstrous demon known as Krampus. Every day before Christmas, this beast goes looking for reprehensible children on the naughty list, kidnaps them, and eats them in his lair. But his actions have not gone unnoticed, and now there are armed people coming for his head. But the Krampus doesn't intend on giving up without a fight...

Notable Kills: Stomps a guy's head in with his hoof.

Final Fate: After killing many and getting away with it, the Krampus is inexplicably let go by Santa, who seems to appreciate his services all the same. Honestly, both films are kind of a mess, so it's hard to tell whether Santa's evil enough to let Krampus continue killing, or this is just tradition to ensure that kids aren't naughty anymore.

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-Between movies, the Krampus' looks is wildly inconsistent. The first film has him as a hooded figure with a deep voice and a near skull-like head. The next has him near-hoodless and with huge horns and a regular demon face. Either way, he's a nasty guy, and only gets by because he has a job to fulfill. If you get in the way, then you'll die way before Christmas.

Trivia: -Krampus' main means of kidnapping involves a sack. This is rather accurate to how he'd carry multiple kids at once back in the old days of his legend. All that's missing is a birch branch to smack them with.

-While these films depict Krampus as the brother of Santa, most legends see him more as a demon enslaved by Saint Nick in order to keep him from murdering too many people all at once.

Please don't. His kinks are surely monstrous.
Wonder if the face mask just freezes to himself.
